Tennis Lesson Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice Required

To cancel or reschedule your tennis lesson, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full and are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or extreme weather (at the coach’s discretion).

This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and respects the coach’s time and preparation.
